Correct Sleeping Position. Head should be lined up such that the neck and thoratic spines are straight. The pillow between the thighs will stabilize a sore back.
Lying on neck and low back supports. The neck roll maintains the cervical curve, while the triangular shaped wedge under the sactrum flattens out the low back. This is a good position for lying on ice.
