Resting/Sleeping Positions

| Correct Sleeping Position. Pillow has a neck rook which maintains a good cervical curve. Knees are bent and low back is flattened out to relieve pressure. |

| Correct Sleeping Position. Head should be lined up such that the neck and thoratic spines are straight. The pillow between the thighs will stabilize a sore back. |

| Lying on neck and low back supports. The neck roll maintains the cervical curve, while the triangular shaped wedge under the sactrum flattens out the low back. This is a good position for lying on ice. |
